More daffodil bulbs planted on the park along Garston Old Road should bring some more colour to that side in the Spring!
So great job done on the wooden play area taking out one of the rotten wooden play equipment and replaced with some new stepping posts and balance beams, well done volunteers
We have recently taken on looking after 2 new troughs on the corner of Garston Old Road and Whitehedge Road. I’m sad to say they had been planted up lovely by one of our volunteers and already 2 lavender plants…
So everyone is aware the council have replaced the red dog poo bins with new black bins on the park. They are normal waste bins but you are allowed to put dog poo bags in them!
We have planted some summer flowers this morning to attract the bees and butterflies in the park hopefully wont be too long before they flower!
